Michael Maita

Mr. Maita is an executive vice president in the New York office and head of the U.S. insurance and bank channel, including client servicing and business development. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2011, he was a managing director with Morgan Stanley Investment Management, leading relationship management coverage for several businesses, including insurance, defined contribution and financial institutions. He also worked for several years in debt capital markets at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. He has 28 years of investment experience and holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Rhode Island.
